How can I cancel my booking?

You can cancel your booking online in the "My Booking" section. 

Once we receive your cancellation request we will process your cancellation and you will receive a cancellation confirmation.

If you can't access your booking online please contact us.

If you would like to cancel a booking where the pick up is within 48 hours, please call the emergency number provided in your booking confirmation email.
