How long will the driver wait at the meeting point ?

The meeting point and waiting time instructions will be specified in your confirmation email.

At the time of the transfer, the driver will wait at the agreed airport pick-up point for a maximum of 60 minutes from the time of flight arrival, unless otherwise specified in your confirmation.

The free waiting time from any other point is 10 minutes after the agreed pick up time.

In the unlikely event that you cannot locate the driver at the meeting point, or if you are delayed in customs, immigration, baggage collection or lost luggage, please contact the emergency number specified in your confirmation email.

Please note that waiting time and parking charges may apply after the free waiting time period has ended.
