I want to book a transfer from the airport but I'm not arriving on a flight. Is this possible?

Please put a note in the special instructions box to say you will be not taking a flight and provide details of the pick up point, for example "pick up from Avis Car Rental Desk at Terminal 1"

The flight information fields are required, so please insert  "Not Applicable" instead of a flight number.
