Do you cater for wheelchair users and people with disabilities?

We will do our best to cater for any special requirements you may have.

The shared shuttle services are unsuitable for anyone unable to climb the steps into a minibus or coach. The drivers are unable to assist anyone in the vehicles.

There is no additional charge for transportation of manual foldable wheelchairs, however, please ensure that you select a suitable vehicle. 

We suggest that you book a vehicle with large luggage capacity, for example, minibus. 

Please specify the dimensions of the wheelchair/scooter in the Special Instructions field of the booking form.
