Why I can not enter an address in the pick-up / drop off field?

We currently provide quotes to a general area/ city. We will ask you for the exact address in the final step of the booking process.

For example:

If you would like to book a transfer from Amsterdam airport to a hotel in Amsterdam

Step 1. Select Amsterdam Airport as pick up location and Amsterdam City Centre as drop off location.  

Step 2. We will provide a quote and you need to select the type of transfer.

Step 3. We will ask you to enter the address of your hotel.
