What do I do if I lose something in the vehicle?

If you leave a property in the vehicle, please call the emergency number provided in your confirmation voucher. The local supplier will make arrangements to return the lost item to you while you are still abroad.


If you are already back home, please contact us by email and provide a detailed description of the lost item. We will contact the supplier on your behalf and try to assist. Please note we cannot be held responsible for items left in the vehicles that cannot be located.
