What is your complaint policy?

Any complaint must be sent in writing with a full written account of the issues which affected the service.

In the event of being unable to find the driver at the meeting point, we ask you to call the emergency telephone number provided on your booking confirmation. Failure to do this may result in any eventual claim being invalid.

And even if things that we can’t control go wrong, like flight cancellations or baggage delays, we’re here to help and will always do our very best to get you to your destination safely.
